you again. what can you tell us about this unbelievable rescue of this man that we heard pulled from the rubble today after 11 days? >> reporter: it is an incredible story. as we understand it, someone was walking by this marketplace, they heard a knocking sound. they thought there might be someone buried in shallow rubble. the u.s. and french teams were nearby. they were rushed to the scene and in a few minute, they were able to pull the man out. some say he's 23, others say he's 32. he's one lucky man. we talked, fox news talked to a french official there who says that indeed, he will be okay. there is no problem. they believe that he's going to be checked out at a hospital and in a few days, he will return, unbelievably to a normal life after being buried in a rubble of a market for 11 days. that is one of the good stories here. >> it begs the question, brian, on the day when authorities have called off the search and rescue and switched to full recovery, perhaps are they doing this a bit too early? >> reporter: well, it's a hard call. you have to wonder, how many people might sti
